My 3 yr kid fell down and teeth came out from.the root. Blood came lot. He is just 3 yrs old. When the teeth will be regrow?

-Apply wet cotton to the site of bleeding for 30 min. to control it.& then remove it.
- Ask him to eat something cold after 30 min.eg.icecream
-Apply ice pack to the swollen lip.
-Don't do anything to the fallen tooth .
It was milk tooth & permanent tooth will come at the age of 7-8 yrs.

It's a good thing that the whole tooth has come out, a broken tooth would have caused more problem.
The permanent tooth will come between 6 to 7 years of age. Meaning new teeth after 3-4 years.

As per your image, the milk tooth has come out completely, the permanent teeth will erupt around 7-8 years, but for your kid since the milk tooth has fall early there might be little delay in eruption of permanent tooth compare to other kids
