I've been suffering from serious nasal congestion and body ache. The first symptoms were chills and headache while later developed to the nasal passage being completely blocked accompanied by body ache. After steam inhalation and nasal spray, while blowing my nose there are traces of blood in the mucus. I also have inflammation of the tonsils and throat ache and my nose gets blocked every 30 minutes. I also have a deviated nasal septum
