I need to lose 10-20 kgs within 15 days what should i do?,i'm... drinking a lot of water and trying to avoid the oily or salty foods....but it aint working much...m 19 yrs ,5.3 foot and 70 kgs which is overweight..would you please

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi.. is there any specific reason why you want to lose weight so quickly? When trying to lose weight you should take care that you don't compromise on your health. It's advised that you try to lose about half to one kg in one weeks time. So to lose weight in a healthy manner you will need at least 3 to 4 months. You may consult me online for the same.
