When doing squats and lunges, you need to flex/bend your knees more than while walking and climbing stair. As you are having pain for the last two months while doing so, try to avoid for atleast two weeks.
Next Steps
Avoid Squats and Lunges for two weeks. Tab Jointac C2 once a day for 10 days after lunch
Health Tips
Meet a doctor if there is swelling or unbearable pain.
