Pain on thaigh & arms

Pain feeling on thigh & both arms. After wake up in the morning both arms are no sense. On both leg can't touch on the floor. Feeling heavy pain in hill. After few minutes pains are gone. But when she take rest after that pains are coming back. She is a diabetic patient PP is 99 in last month 1st week. Pls suggest me.

Muscular problem is there and legs and arm u should to grow ur endurance strength but hill pai shows starting of planters facities due to tightness of muscle .so tk physiotherapy for relaxion
