Prostate is enlarged in size and heterogeneous in echotexture 44.0 cc and no evidence of any focal lesion seen. And he had no symptoms, so is this report is concerning.

More than 40ml volume prostate considered as elarged .. it is common in elderly person.. if it is causing obstruction to urinary passage then it is symptomatic and need treatment
