Red itchy patch leaving skin dark

During COVID, I got some red itchy patches including some blisters filled with water(pics attached). Mostly before the patch appeared, the area used to itch a lot. The patch after healing/improving left the skin dark which have not gone till date. The patches were mostly on legs, buttocks and creases. Recently, I got this red itchy patch on my arm few days ago (pics attached). I feel it's the same problem recurring again. It's more than 3 days. Applied soframycin. No results. What is the underlying problem? Is there any treatment for the dark patches? Should I go for homeopathy or allopathy?
