In my opinion, self-help books can be valuable tools for managing anxiety, but they're most effective when used as part of a comprehensive therapy plan.
Next Steps
I recommend reaching out to MyMindGames to explore their personalized journals for navigating anxiety and other emotions. Additionally, consider incorporating the self help journal/ book into your therapy course after discussing it with a therapist.
Health Tips
While self-help books can provide insights and techniques, it's important to remember that they're not a substitute for professional therapy. Use them as a supplement to therapy and be open to seeking guidance from a qualified therapist for personalized support.

With no intention whatsoever to question the veracity of any self-help book that is supposed to be effective in managing anxiety, I am unable to recommend you any such book. The reason for that from my side is that I believe, while such books may be greatly helpful in managing anxiety, anxiety by itself will often need medication and / or counselling. So, before relying on books, please visit a psychologist for guidance.

Certainly, self-help books can be valuable tools in managing anxiety. One highly recommended book is "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne. It provides practical exercises and techniques. Another is "Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy" by David D. Burns, which focuses on cognitive-behavioral techniques. Reading these books should be done with an open mind, incorporating the suggested exercises into your daily routine. Consistency is key, so try to implement the strategies regularly. Alongside reading, note-taking in your phone's app during anxious moments can be beneficial. Writing down your thoughts and feelings can provide a release and contribute to self-awareness.
