Hi doctor I have sever back pain since one year,only full spinalcard pain how to go my pain sir,I am so depressed one day gastric pain migraine headache and back pain how to improve my health condition sir. My life very bad every day health not condition not supported sir,3 year back my uturs romove sir.

please focus on your sitting habits as due to short height you may be having challenges in sitting and thus need to sit in awkward postures. also focus on your need to work in kitchen or floor and the amount of bending you require to do during that time. create and work in a tailored ergonomic environment and avoid remaining in prolonged bending position for long for domestic work or mobile use.
