Hello sir I would suggest you to go for an orthopaedic opinion as your pain is persistent since a month. You need to go for the diagnostic tools for better understanding of the condition and then follows the physiotherapy. In the meantime, do avoid lifting heavy weights and aggravating positions. For pain relief, you can go for ice packs . Thank you.

Dealing with shoulder pain, especially when it limits your range of motion, can be frustrating. Here are some steps you can take: Rest: Avoid activities that aggravate the pain, especially overhead movements like badminton shots. Give your shoulder time to rest and heal. Ice: Apply ice to your shoulder for 15-20 minutes, several times a day, especially after activities that cause pain. This can help reduce inflammation and numb the area. Pain Relief: Over-the-counter pain relievers like ibuprofen or acetaminophen can help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. Follow the dosage instructions on the package. Avoid Overhead Activities: Refrain from any activities that involve reaching overhead or behind your back until the pain subsides. This includes sports like badminton or lifting heavy objects.

Thank you for contacting us  Prior to anything else, please visit the nearby  physiotherapy centre. You have overused your shoulder, which has caused the rotator cuff, a nearby muscle, to become tight. This will limit your range of motion and impair your flexibility. so you ill getting the pain even touching the back and moving  hand  overhead. kindlyPlease go to the physiotherapy clinic in your area as soon as possible to address the problem.

Rather than assuming your injury , consult the experts to understand the actual source of pain. There is no hard and fast rule that u should have visible structural damage to cause the pain it can be also due to biomechanical factors. Consult the experts to identify the structural involved and its severity. And also address the possible biomechanical contributing factors that lead to injury. Because playing badminton is a complex movement which requires high level attention to return to sports.
Next Steps
consult the experts
Health Tips
avoid over head activities and playing badminton till you get clearance from experts.
