Most of the time my mother feels some sound like cricket insect in her left ear and sometimes heaviness in the ear. Many times she also feels Heaviness in the head and vertigo. Why is it happening like that.

As per your description she is suffering from tinnitus.. it's multifactorial.. need to be evaluated properly before  treatment.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
