Toe ingrown nail infection - modera pain

My wife aged 48 Yrs , 64 kg , 5 fit 5 height has got little pain in toe nail. Few days back toe got hit with table and little pain started from there . Finding little difficulty to walk . Today she find yellow pus coming out of it . Have attached photograph . She is healthy & does not have any medical issues as we got regular health check up . BP , Sugar etc all normal Kindly advise treatment/ medicine

It is advisable to consult doctor if there is pus discharge from the toe nail. Likely to have suffered nail bed injury with collection of blood underneath nail. Get it evaluated at nearby hospital.
