Tremors ,fever and loss of appetite please suggest a medicine as I'm feeling very weak from 2 days..

That could b a sign of weakness,  as you have lost appetite Take plenty of fluids,  coconut water or fruit juices Watch for dry cough,  beathing difficlties,  which seeks immediate attention Take some multi vitamin

If ur temp is more than 100 take paracetamol..have plenty of liquids..do a basic investigations for fever..
