My height is 184 cm and weight is 58 , i eat regularly and doing workout , my weight is not gain , is there anything need to do for this

Include nuts like badam every morning. 2. Drink a glass of milkshake with regular fat milk. 3. Add 1 tsp ghee to your food everyday. 4. Eat cooked or boiled vegetables, not raw salads. 5.
