Hi, Vaccinated Labradog bite it yesterday and had did the treatment yesterday itself with injection. Doctor gave medicines for next 5 days but didn't give any ointment to use. Is it normal or should I use any ointment for dog bite

Washing wound with bsoap water frequently is important after wiping the wound u can  apply antiseptic ointment

Hi, can I know your age and if you are diabetic? If not you can use Soframycin ointment for better healing as it helps you without the wound getting infected.

vaccination chart for injection- Ranipur vaccine + TT injection on the day of bite. 2nd dose- 3th day 3rd dose- 7 th day 4th dose- 14th day 5 and last dose 28th day

U can clean your wound with good after shave lotion with the help of cotton and use any antibiotic oint eg Betadine etc
