Hi
Only fruit diet is not advisable..all the time
Fruits should be either taken on empty stomach (or) in the mid morning time (or) evening time before 6 pm..not later than that..
It's always advised to take lunch in proper way..like rotis, unpolished rice, dal, vegetables sabji, rasam or sambar and buttermilk or curd..
In this discipline one should consume lunch in a proper sequential way with healthy combinations to attain most benefit of all the nutrients...
In the same way the other two meals also to be planned accordingly like breakfast and dinner..
Note:. If in pre-diabetic stage , kindly follow all the necessary things that are to be followed for diabetics..
Like diet and lifestyle modifications and stress limiting factors...
And not all fruits are permitted in
diabetes...
Avoid all the fruits that taste very sweet to tongue like mangoes, sapota/ chikoo, pineapple, pomogranate to sone extent, bananas, grapes etc...
