I understand your feeling,
To loose weight a healthy diet with physical workout will do. You need to take care your diet. That will the food that is prepared at home. Morning breakfast should be with whole grain flour, in between breakfast and lunch need to take a fruit anyone that which you like. For lunch you need to have egg with 3-4 roti and any curry. For snacks you need to take snack like sandwich or sprouts. For dinner have veg salad or fruit salad with a glass of milk. Along with that doin cardio will.be helpful.
