Anal fissure
I have been examined for anal fissure. My doctor examined my anus and prescribed me pracosedyl bd and 2% lignocaine gel. I am having how to use this together and which one to apply internal and external.my doctor also said that my anal hole is small and hard. Can this be cured in medicine or sugery is needed. Am worried and stressed alot about this...how to use these two oilment please help me.

Fissure warrants surgery. If you can manage with ointments you may postpone surgery. But you may need graded anal dilators for anal stricture, that's something very obscene to describe in public.
