Anal itching
Hello doctors , lately I have been experiencing anal itching inside the anus a lot at night , I had anal fissures before so I think it's not that now , I don't know if it's hemorrhoids or anything else , I now regularly clean anus area while shower, dry it but still at night the itching happens and anus area always smells now , please guide
