Anal Pain and small lump
I am experiencing anal pain for the past 3 days and it's worse during and after passing stool. I can feel a small lump around the anus and it's painful. I had the same problem couple of years ago and I met a Rectal Dr and he prescribed Diltigesic Gel, Cremaffin lotion, and Sitz bath in warm water. I had taken same prescribed medication this time for three days but I don't see much relieved from pain and I can still feel the lump at the neck of the anus. Please advice whether I can continue the same medicine or need to change. I am not allergic to any medicine. I am applying this diltigesic Gel for two times and taking Cremaffin syrup before I go to bed. Sitz bath two times a day.
