Lower levels of Hemoglobin results in Anemia. But according to the test results it doesn't seem to be a severe anemia.

Hello healthy afternoon, Plz consult with good physician to these symptoms No single cure food with anaemia . But eating overall healthy diet rich in dark greens, nuts and seeds , seafood, meat , beans , and vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables can help get iron you need to manage anaemia.
