I did skipping for 1 week & experiencing ankle pain in both legs & appears like slight buldge & it hurts more when I walk or move my legs. I tried using Volvine spray, putting ice cubes on paining area but it didn't help... Also, I didn't have any incident of skit or hurt while doing skipping.... My weight 71kg, height 170cms... Any suggestions??

As per given information this appears like transient exersional synovitis of both ankles. You need to reduce weight bearing on both ankle, keep it in elevation with one pillow under it. Apply crepe bandages from down to up for 18 hours a day. Continue ice pack fomentation 15 min for 3 times a day for 5 days.
