Hello, I'm a 29 years old female, married and got two kids...as the whether has changed i noticed I can't sleep through the night I sleep about 10:30 and wake up around 3 and cnt go back to sleep, this has made me very anxious and depressed... please help me

Seasons are one of the reason for disturbance in sleep. There could be other unknown or unidentified reasons too. Almost you having 5 + hours of sleep, which is good enough. Not sure about the frequency or the duration of the sleeping issues.
