Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. Overthinking is minds way of processing overwhelming thoughts or emotions. These thoughts will keep running in your head till you close the loop of them having emotional baggage attached to them. We will have to create a safe space and address those incidents which are stored in subconscious mind which lead you to overthink about certain situations. Once the emotions attached to them is released in a safe space you will start feeling whole again. You will feel lighter with none of these thoughts bothering you again and again. You’re beautiful. Stay ⚽️
Next Steps
I can work with you to change this pattern of overthinking. Love and healing ❤️‍
