Anxiety and worrying
I am always getting worried too much on things. I have a decent job but wen new things come i take lots of tension. Because of excessive anxiety i am getting mentally weak and feel like useless. Even if everything is fine my default state would be worried. I dont feel confident on anything in my life. What should i do to overcome this behavior.
