Anxiety, Feeling of failure
Hi there ! I am Hena and I'm an anxious introvert. My anxiety is hindering me from learning challenging things. Since last 15 days I am learning scooty riding rather than experiencing a feeling of excitement I feel anxious. Whenever the thought of traing comes to my mind I start perspiration especially on  my both palms and soles and a chill wave spreads all over my body. And whenever any thoughts like fall , imbalance comes I literally fall the very next moment. Please suggest me something and help me out of this feeling of inability, anxiety. Thank you.

First of all, look at the mirror and talk to yourself saying "I will achieve what I desire in life successfully." Do this for couple of days before going to sleep and as soon as you get up in the morning.

Hi, you are definitely doing lot of overthinking which is unnecessary and that is creating fear / anxiety in you. Slowly and in stages you can break it - the process is called systematic desensitization - this will help you to come out of this problem. Also try to enjoy your present more than worrying about what is going to happen in the future.

Hey Yes it could be anxiety and anxiety gives us negative irrational thoughts and we feel fearful While in reality when you are training things will not be as bad as you imagine it to be.
