Are supplements a good option abroad?
Hi, I'm currently volunteering in a small village on the Myanmar/Thailand border for the next year. The foundation required that all eat a vegan diet. They supply food, but each day it is a combination of rice and a few local vegetables for two meals. There is very little else available to me. I'm wondering if taking protein capsules, omega pills, daily vitamins, or a combination would help. (Or what other solution you might recommend.) Thank you!
