My baby 7 month his left kidney moderate dilation AP diameter of pelvis 18mm & right kidney 10 mm what should be done

I presume that your baby is 7 months old postnatal (after delivery). In that case with such AP diameters mentioned, the baby will require an MCU scan (also called VCUG) to rule out vesico ureteric reflex.
