I suffer from lower back pains.
Can you please recommend a good back support for use with office chairs?
I was looking at options from GRIN health and HealthSense. Are they good or would you recommend something else?

Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
I recommend McKenzie lumbar roll..also consciously try to maintain your back curvature.and back strengthening exercises will help reduce your back pains.
