I have really bad breath issues since last few years i try hard to cure it i have tonsillitis as well i clean my tongue as possible i gargle once in a month try to follow every oral hygiene tips to smell good but it still achieves no result please tell me how to cure it

Generally, periodontitis, periocoronitis or poor oral hygiene all can lead to bad breath.

There are many reasons for bad breath. You need to visit a dentist and get a consultation. Get a full mouth professional cleaning. Check for any dental caries.
Also get a consult with a Gastroenterologist and check for any gastric issues.
Consult a dentist. Scaling should be done every 6months and use a proper oral mouth wash for 15days.
