Being stressed. Cannot he focus.. Mind is restless. I am a student and I could not concentrate on my exams which I have been doing as the best.

These are pre exam anxiety which is normal to be experienced by students. Pls . Try to calm your self down and set daily goals to study from your syllabus... the goals needs to be realistic and achievable by you.
