I try to eat healthy and that continues for sone days. One day of I overeat or eat some junk I consider it as a junk and failed day . I binge eat for the next 5-10 days. This is happening for more than a year. Help please

There will always be some days where you may go off tract from your healthy eating. It's ok. Do not feel guilty. But come back on track the next day. The problem is when you continue your binge eating.
