Binge eating
I try to eat healthy and that continues for sone days. One day of I overeat or eat some junk I consider it as a junk and failed day . I binge eat for the next 5-10 days. This is happening for more than a year. Help please

There will always be some days where you may go off tract from your healthy eating. It's ok. Do not feel guilty. But come back on track the next day. The problem is when you continue your binge eating. So with will power and discipline come back on track. And remember by eating healthy today you are paving way for a healthier tomorrow. Don’t worry.. take one day at a time.. and every day as a new beginning. If you cheated last day, don’t be so guilty that you continue guilt eating for next 10 days.. It’s ok to cheat, but repeatedly doing it will be a problem to achieve results

Practice mindfulness 4.stay hydrated 5.Try yoga 6. Eat more fiber 7.clean out kitchen ( remove unhealthy foods) 8. Start hitting the gym 9. Eat breakfast every day 10. Get enough sleep 11.
