My boyfriend has a family history of Colon Cancer.
He was bleeding while pooping 2-3 days back, it was bright red in colour and saying almost like dripping while pooping and like about 50ml.
He is 27 year old
Sometimes he used to complain of stomach pain but used to go away on its own
He has this history of bleeding...first started maybe 6-7 years back ...but happened only once or twice a year and then it would stop on its own ...
This is one of those episodes as well ...

Common causes of bright red blood in stools include hemorrhoids and anal fissures. Need to know more details, e.g. complaints of pain or constipation before arriving at a provisional diagnosis.
Even though he has a family history of colon cancer, it is unlikely to develop at such a young age. Need to rule out pathologies of anal canal before going that route.
Next Steps
Consult a General Surgeon for proper examination.
