  4. Blister burn. I remove the excess skin?

I have a frostbite burn from stupidity getting a deodorant can and spraying it continuously on my skin? It’s just accidently popped and I went to clean it and inside it it is hard? What do you recommend me to clean it with? Should I remove the excess skin? I have had it for about 4 days
