Hi I have bloating issue without abdominal pain and acidity from past 3 weeks.
Doctor has prescribed Nexpro L for 10 days. 6 days into it i don't feel significant change. Maybe 10 to 15 % only.
Wanted to know if my recent change of high protein diet (3 months) which includes 30g whey 5 eggs and milk 400 ml four times chicken/mutton per week is causing this bloating.?stopped whey from 1 week.
Also wanted you know if taking probiotic supplements after meals has proven beneficial scientifically? ?

Have regular balanced diet provided by the home made food. You may increase green leafy vegetables, carrots cucumber. Keep non veg stuff in diet as well.
