I am feeling bloating, gas and mild stomach pain in upper side for last 10 days. From last 5 days I am taking PAN D in the morning but not much relief. I do 30 min yoga and on normal diet. Please suggest what should I do to get relief.

Hello,
1. avoid empty stomach consumption of tea or coffee.
2. strictly non spicy food.
3. avoid non veg for couple of days
4. take PAN D twice a day, 30 min before having food.
