My mother is having dry cough since a week. She is feeling better now. Today when check with the doctor her bp reading was 150/100. She sometimes faced tightness in chest and pain in the left arm. Doctor has asked to keep monitoring the bp. Please suggest some dietary plan and is it because of the weather change?
