For that, hou can simply consume plenty of water (10 glasses everyday on an average). And you need to stop smoking, if doing at all.
Another thing is your report gives me a clue of thallessemia trait, with low Mentzer index. I would like you to repeat the CH after a month. If still similar findings, I would suggest to consulylt uou personally for a detailed family history and then HPLC (higher investigation)
