Body ache and weakness
I have cough and cold and sometimes fever. There is weakness, bodyache and headache. Can I take paracetamol eventhough I don't have fever?

Please Instead Take Tab oncet cf  1 1 Tab pan 3 1 Tab aziwok 500 mg 1 Sy grillinctus 2 tsf three times a day All for 3 days Reconsult if needed
