Its been 2 month of bone grafting in legs for tibial bone and pain is also gone but little swelling is still there which is coming and going what does that mean?

It mean healing is going on , you can put one or two pillow while sleeping. Avoid long standing erect posture. Due to healing progress it is intravascular and extravascular fluid exchange occurs. It can take 2 to 4 week
