Ankle sprain and internal bleedin on medial and lateral both sides
Probable diagnosis is ligament instability.
Doctor suggested a plaster for 10 days or braces for 10 days.

Depends on the severity. A sprain would have swelling not bleeding.
Better consult an orthopaedician, rule out bony injury. If the injury is more severe put a plaster and stay off that foot by using crutches for at least 2 weeks. If it's not that severe and you can walk on it without much pain then brace would be better. Of course it's not possible to give you an exact diagnosis or treatment without examining the injury clinically.
