Hi there.. I can understand your concern.. according to your echo you have changes which is seen due to hypertension(high bp).. but it's mild change and is reversible if your bp is controlled from now on.. other than that nothing else to worry.. if you have sleep apnea then even sleep apnea could cause such changes.. please consult nearby physician soon..
