These symptoms can be seen in many Psychiatrist Disorders including Depression, Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder, and Personality Disorders. In case you are using any substance such as alcohol, it can also result in such symptoms. Some of the non Psychiatric Disorders can also lead to this.
Hence, get yourself evaluated by a Psychiatrist for proper diagnosis and treatment
