Breast Angiosarcoma
My mother was detected with primary angiosarcoma of breast in ihc post wle of tumor. Peripheral margins were clear and deep margin was close. What is the further course of treatment? Is chemotherapy and radiotherapy needed? What is the stage and grade for this cancer. Biopsy and ihc Reports are attached. Pet CT post surgery was normal and no active lesion founf

Angiosarcoma of breast is very rare. As margins are negative and pet ct is not showing any active lesion I'd advise you to consult the medical oncologist for opinion regarding adjuvant chemotherapy.
