Breast cancer and skin dimpling
Do breast cancer related dimples or orange peel texture come and go, or it was always noticeable/visible. I have recently noticed discoloration above my both areolas, i have noticed dimpling of the hair follicles on the edge of my areola, but only when my nipple is erected. I have breast pain in both breast since 3 months now, and stiff armpits, which my gynecologist suggested to be nothing but stretching ligaments.

Does not appear like cancer. Looks like hormonal changes. Have an examination and if needed scan and  be relaxed.
