Bumps on floor of the mouth
I noticed today morning I had a bumps on the floor of mouth but there is no pain and itching Can i know why it's growing And even from two days lower gums got loosen it's paining

From your complaint it appears that you have developed infection in your gums. Its because of improper oral hygiene techniques. U just need a routine scaling which would improve ur gum conditions.
Next Steps
For the time being have a luke warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day which would relax the aching gums visit a dentist before the conditions worsens.
Health Tips
Dont go for over the counter drugs it wont help you anyways because ur conditin is deep seated wont be healed only with medications.

Hi, There may be chance of involvement of your salivary gland on that region, if its a only a bump without pain or ulceration..for this you have to visit clinic to confirm the diagnosis and treatment.
