My Diet Plan:
On waking up:Apple Cider Vinegar+Cinnamon Powder+Lemon Juice with lukewarm water (1 glass)
Pre breakfast: Milk (Amul Taaza Tetra Pack) with Chia Seeds (10 gms)
Breakfast: 2 egg whites+Oats/Museli/Brown Bread with cheese spread
Lunch: Rice(100 gms) + Daal + Sabzi +Occasionally Meat + Salad
Evening: Green Tea + Digestive Biscuits
Supper: Brown Bread with cheese spread/ Masala Oats/Dahlia.
Kindly let me know my current calorie intake with this diet.
Should I tweak or modify any part of it??

Your schedule is good .For calorie count need exact amount of food. Also need to know why you need a calorie count . Prefer having healthy food and try to have less calories from simple carbs and trans fat
