Can I continue to take tablets?

I have fever because of food problem and got vomtings, motions also.I took dolo, cifixime tablets to curify the fever..it reduce with in 1 day..can I continue to take tablets?can I take food normally?

Hello, don't stop as u have started at least for three days. No normal diet. Light semiliquid porridge khichari fresh made at least two days, plenty of liquids,ors frequently,.ok.
