Fever is continuing till 4th day
Hello doctors After me my husband is suffering from viral fever till 31st July..He is having medicinez calpal-650 and cefakind 500 (twice a day), with Montex LC . But his fever is still active he is having 101 maximum temperature now and also weakness , muscles stiffness & gastric issues . What should I do ..how to controle his fever

Assuming that he has viral fever which usually lasts for 5-7 days.Beyond that fever still runs on and he has weakness and other issues he needs to be examined.Antibiotic could cause gastritis
Next Steps
ideally he should be tested for COVID-pcr ,chest xray and blood investigation

As the fever is continuing for long you need to discuss the symptoms with proper history. Viral fever usually completes it's cycle of around 7 days but fever subsides by day 3-4..consult at your convenience.
