Can multivitamins can be taken for long
Hi sir in gym they say we should take multivitamins daily once at night and take a good healthy diet home cooked food Is multivitamins safe for long term use or it has any side effects on internal body parts Plz help me out with this question ⁉️

No medicines should b taken on regular basis as it effects the Kidney.U can take them for short durations as required but not on a daily routine. For multivitamin take a good rich diet supporting different vitamins.

You take Multivitamin Capsules for a month. Get your Vit D3 and B12 level done. If these are at a reasonable level you may continue Mulwith your Multivitamin Capsules.
